Discovery is the process of locating, surfacing, organizing, and presenting relevant information through transparent, attributable, and traceable discovery structures.

Beacon helps users and Suite workflows find meaningful signals, sources, and canonical objects across Atlas, Certifier, Registry, Chronicle, Anchor, Attestor, and external information environments.

Signal Discovery

Beacon may surface noteworthy events, updates, records, changes, observations, or emerging developments that may warrant attention.

Source Discovery

Discovery should preserve source visibility so users can understand where information originated and how it may be reviewed.

Beacon may locate and reference canonical Suite objects including Certification Packages, SREG records, Chronicle Entries, Integrity References, Trust Statements, and authoritative Atlas intelligence.

Discovery Boundaries

Beacon does not inherit authority from the information it discovers. It does not certify, register, chronicle, anchor, attest, or replace canonical objects maintained by other Suite institutions.

Discovery Philosophy

Relevant information should be easier to find. Important signals should be distinguishable from background noise. Sources should remain visible.

Beacon improves visibility while preserving transparency, attribution, provenance, traceability, discovery context, stable references, and institutional authority.
