Results

Results are Beacon presentations of information surfaced through discovery, including Discovery Signals, discovery metadata, source references, canonical-object references, and relationships.

Results may respond to direct queries or Navigator-defined workflows. They support review and navigation without replacing the authoritative sources or canonical objects they reference.

Signal Results

Results may include Beacon-owned Discovery Signals and discovery metadata identified through discovery activity. Beacon's first production result now includes BEAC-2026-0001, an Active and Published Discovery Signal.

Source Results

Results may surface authoritative sources, supporting references, publications, external sources, and related materials while preserving attribution, provenance, and traceability.

Record Results

Discovery may reference institution-owned canonical objects, including Atlas authoritative intelligence, Certifier Certification Packages, Registry SREG records, Chronicle Entries, Anchor Integrity References, and Attestor Trust Statements.

Relationship Results

Discovery may reveal connections between sources, Discovery Signals, canonical objects, jurisdictions, historical information, integrity references, trust statements, and external information.

Historical Results

Results may reference Chronicle Entries, qualifying Occurrences, timelines, and historical context preserved by Chronicle. Chronicle retains authority over its historical record.

Integrity & Trust Results

Discovery may reference Anchor Integrity References, Attestor Trust Statements, supporting context, and related relationships. Anchor and Attestor retain authority over their respective canonical objects.

First Production Result

Beacon's result architecture has now been exercised through BEAC-2026-0001, the first published production Discovery Signal.

Discovery Workflow

Results are a presentation stage of discovery rather than an authoritative endpoint. They provide information and references for review, investigation, navigation, or continued workflow activity.

Result Authority Boundary

Beacon owns its Discovery Signals, discovery metadata, and the presentation of discovery results. Referenced canonical objects remain under the authority of their originating Suite institutions.
