The first Certifier-to-Registry handoff is now complete. Certification Package SC-CERT-2026-0001 has been registered by Satoshium Registry as SREG-2026-0001, while Certifier retains authority over the certification decision and source artifacts.
The inaugural Satoshium Registry Entry corresponds to SC-CERT-2026-0001, the Atlas Jurisdiction Record — El Salvador certification. The Certification Package remains Certifier's canonical certification object; SREG-2026-0001 provides the canonical Registry identity, classification, provenance, and discovery context.

The first registry handoff is complete. Certifier established the certification subject, reviewed evidence, created the canonical Certification Package, issued the decision, generated public and machine-readable artifacts, and provided the source record now represented by SREG-2026-0001.
Certifier creates certification records. Registry registers, organizes, and exposes those records for long-term discovery across the Satoshium ecosystem. This page now preserves both the Certifier-side handoff and the completed Registry-side result.
