ATLAS · CORRIDOR TOPOLOGY LAYER

🧭 Satoshium Atlas — Corridor Assignment Matrix

The Corridor Assignment Matrix is the canonical structural mapping layer for the Atlas corridor system. It organizes U.S. jurisdictions across three aligned dimensions: Corridor Group, Foundation Layer, and Topology Completion Layer.

These assignments are structural classification metadata only. They do not represent rankings, deployment guidance, optimization advice, or national positioning claims.

Why This Matrix Exists

State packages describe jurisdictions individually. The corridor matrix gives Atlas a deterministic way to describe how those jurisdictions relate structurally across regional continuity surfaces.

This matrix supports corridor registry generation, metadata tag alignment, completion-layer mapping, and future machine-readable Atlas exports.

Matrix Dimensions

  • Corridor Group — primary regional continuity classification
  • Foundation Layer — base infrastructure or governance substrate
  • Topology Completion Layer — adjacency integration surface

Interpretation Rules

  • Structural classification only
  • Must remain consistent with evidence-derived signals
  • Must preserve state-specific lens alignment
  • Does not override exclusions recorded in change-log files

How Atlas Uses This Matrix

Signals remain upstream authority. Matrix assignments should remain synchronized with evidence-derived state packages and corridor registry structures.

Integrity Rules

Corridor assignments must be treated as structural metadata, not as optimization or deployment logic.
