The workflow defines the operational path followed by Satoshium Certifier when it applies Suite Standards and Suite Methodology to a certification subject.
Each certification moves from subject identification and evidence assembly into a canonical Certification Package, from which reports, receipts, certified records, machine-readable outputs, and Suite-ready references are generated.

The subject must be bounded clearly enough that evidence can be gathered, standards can be applied, and the resulting certification can be reviewed later.
Evidence is collected, organized, preserved, and associated with the Certification Package. The evidence inventory becomes part of the canonical certification record evaluated under the governing Suite Standards and Suite Methodology.
Evidence may include URLs, screenshots, reports, metadata, source records, supporting documentation, hashes, and preserved references.
The Certification Package is the authoritative source object for the certification. It preserves the subject, scope, standards, methodology, evidence, review notes, assessment, decision, and history.
Generated artifacts should derive from the Certification Package rather than redefining the certification independently.
Certifier evaluates the evidence against Suite Standards using Suite Methodology, records the certification decision, limitations, confidence posture, and review rationale within the Certification Package.
Only after the certification decision is finalized are public certification artifacts generated from the completed Certification Package.
The decision may support public certification, conditional certification, failure, expiration, renewal, or revocation depending on the applicable standard and lifecycle status.
Once the certification decision is finalized, the Certification Package generates the Satoshium Certification Process Report (SCPR), Certification Receipt (SCR), Certified Record HTML (SCRD HTML), Certified Record JSON (SCRD JSON), and supporting certification artifacts.
These artifacts allow the certification to be read, reviewed, verified, indexed, preserved, and reused across the Satoshium ecosystem.
After certification artifacts are generated, downstream Suite systems preserve, catalog, discover, verify, and orchestrate those records without modifying the certification itself.
Registry catalogs. Chronicle preserves history. Anchor preserves integrity. Beacon publishes discovery metadata. Attestor supports independent verification. Navigator orchestrates workflows using certified records.
Workflow is the operational backbone of Certifier. Suite Standards define the expectations. Suite Methodology defines the process. Certifier executes the certification workflow and produces durable certification artifacts.
The workflow does not create certification authority by itself. Authority comes from the governing Suite Standards and Suite Methodology. Certifier is the operational implementation that applies those foundations through evidence-based review and record generation.
