Satoshium Methodology
The Satoshium Methodology defines the repeatable processes used to apply Suite standards consistently, transparently, and objectively.
While standards define what must be achieved, methodology defines how those standards are implemented, evaluated, and maintained.
This is a Suite-level methodology surface. Institution-specific governance,
validation, conformance, lifecycle, publication, and production procedures remain
authoritative within the institution that owns them.

The Satoshium Methodology transforms standards into repeatable practice. It provides shared methodological foundations for certification, attestation, registration, historical preservation, integrity, discovery, validation, conformance, and other governed Suite processes while preserving institution-specific authority.
Standards establish expectations. Methodology provides repeatable ways to apply
those expectations. Where an institution has adopted more specific governed
procedures, those institution-specific requirements govern that institution's operation.
Architectural Boundary
The Suite Methodology page organizes shared methodology. It does not replace the canonical methodology, rules, validation, governed review, conformance, lifecycle, publication, or production architecture maintained by individual Suite institutions.
For example, Certifier retains authority over its institution-specific certification procedures and decisions,
while Attestor retains authority over its Attestations, Rule-Constrained Evaluation,
Evaluation Outcomes, bounded Trust Statements, validation, governed review, conformance,
lifecycle, and publication processes. Reference does not transfer authority.
