Status Role
Certifier is Operational and production-proven. Its institutional authority is exercised through the governing Suite Standards and Suite Methodology, preserved evidence, transparent reasoning, canonical Certification Packages, generated artifacts, and governed certification decisions.
Downstream Registry, Chronicle, Anchor, Beacon, and Attestor objects preserve their own institutional authority. Their use of Certifier outputs does not transfer or enlarge Certifier authority, and Certifier does not absorb theirs. Reference does not transfer authority.
