Historical Context
Why This Occurrence Matters
SC-CERT-2026-0001 marked the inaugural Operational certification issued by
Satoshium Certifier.
The certification concerned the Satoshium Atlas Jurisdiction Record —
El Salvador and established an early operational relationship among Atlas
source authority, Certifier certification authority, and subsequent Registry
registration.
Its issuance represents a milestone in the transition of the Satoshium Suite
from institutional architecture into cross-system operational use.

Supporting Certifier Artifacts
The following Certifier artifacts support Chronicle review of the represented
Occurrence. They remain subordinate to the canonical Certification Package.
Chronicle uses published identifiers where they exist and durable descriptive
references where a supporting artifact does not publish a separate formal identifier.

Chronicle's current production representation is derived from review of the
authoritative Certification Package, the underlying Atlas subject, the related

Verification
Production Verification
Formal Chronicle Verification of Entry Version 1 is complete.
verification_state: verified
Chronicle reviewed the Entry identity, represented Occurrence, Event Date,
authoritative Certifier reference, Atlas subject, Registry Relationship,
supporting Sources, Provenance, Historical Context, temporal consistency,
authority boundaries, and material limitations.
The reviewed representation is supported by the authoritative Certification
Package and related Suite records. No material Verification limitation was
identified.
Verification concerns Chronicle's historical representation. It does not
re-certify the Atlas subject or re-adjudicate Satoshium Certifier's decision.
Validation
Production Validation
Formal CHR-VAL Validation of Entry Version 1 is complete.
Overall Validation Result: PASS
CHR-VAL-001 through CHR-VAL-014 were evaluated in the governing production
sequence. CHR-VAL-010 was Not Applicable because this is the initial Entry
Version with no prior Version or Chronicle Correction.
The machine-readable Entry passed the Chronicle Base Schema v1.0.0 and the
Certification Event-Type Profile v1.0.0. CHR-VAL-011 — Publication Readiness
also passed.
Validation PASS means this Entry Version conforms to the requirements governing
it. It does not approve or publish the Entry.
Publication
Published Production State
Entry Version 1 is published as an active Satoshium Chronicle Entry.
CHR-VAL-011 established Publication Readiness. The separate Chronicle
Publication Gate approved Entry Version 1 for Publication. Publication was then
executed as a distinct state-changing action.

Institutional Review Artifacts
The published Entry preserves the durable procedural artifacts documenting
the production review path for Entry Version 1.
- Validation Artifact: CHR-2026-0001-v1-validation.md
- Publication Gate Decision: CHR-2026-0001-v1-publication-gate.md
These are supporting procedural artifacts associated with Entry Version 1.
They are not separate Chronicle Entries, do not receive independent Chronicle
identifiers, and do not replace the canonical human-readable or machine-readable
Entry representations.

Chronicle Principle
Historical Preservation Boundary
CHR-2026-0001 preserves the historical fact that the inaugural Operational
certification was issued and records how that Occurrence fits within the
developing Satoshium Suite.
It does not duplicate the Certification Package, re-certify the Atlas subject,
replace Registry cataloging, or transform another institution's determination
into a Chronicle determination.
Events happen. Suite systems establish authority. Chronicle preserves qualifying historical memory.
