Certified Items catalog certification subjects reviewed through Satoshium Certifier under the governing Suite Standards and Suite Methodology.
Each listed item should reference a canonical Certification Package and the generated artifacts that make the certification reviewable, verifiable, and interoperable across the Satoshium Suite.
Atlas Jurisdiction Record — El Salvador

The Atlas Jurisdiction Record for El Salvador serves as the inaugural operational certification subject within Satoshium Certifier. This certification established the Certification Package as the canonical source object and generated the first supporting report, receipt, certified record, and machine-readable output.
The certification demonstrates Certifier’s role as the Suite’s operational certification implementation: Suite Standards define the expectations, Suite Methodology defines the process, and Certifier executes the evidence-based workflow.
